Policies:
Cancellation/No shows:
A $25 non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit is required at the time of booking your appointments.
NO card= NO appointment. The remaining total will be due at the time of service via Square card reader, select payment apps, or card on file.
• All new clients are required to complete a consultation separate and prior to booking an appointment to ensure the appropriate style.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, it must be done 48hrs before your appointment is scheduled to begin. If you need to reschedule you forfeit your deposit and a $25 change fee will be required to rebook. If you need to cancel and do not cancel in the 48hr time period you will forfeit your deposit and will be charged for your TOTAL service. All balances owed will charged to your card on file and must pay an additional deposit before making another appointment.
• A grace period of 15 mins is given for both stylists and clients. After that, the cost of your service will be altered of a late fee of at least $15 and increases per min depending on the time of the arrival.
Appointment Policy:
• Prior to your appointment please follow all prep instructions to prevent additional fees because it takes extra time to cleanse and prep for your service. Prices listed is the starting price for short hair and is subject to increase for extra length, time, and density (thickness).
• I want you to love how you look! Please communicate with me before leaving the chair to make any alterations or adjustments, as there are no refunds.
• All forms must be filled out before your appointment or I will not be able to service you.
• For hair services you must come with your previous style taken out and FULLY detangled. There is an extra fee for detangling and take down services. Because space is limited, there are NO GUESTS ALLOWED. Parents must drop off children for services (7+years old) or must wait outside/ in the lobby. No kids. No eating. I do not overbook so relatives will have to schedule one at a time. My business is based on my work so photos are taken to document the process/promote my portfolio. If you prefer to not be recorded let me know. All styling techniques and products are strictly confidential and protected under trademark and should not be discussed outside of the beauty bar. Booking with me means you agree to all of these terms.
After hours appointments and fees:
• All appointments shown are what is available. Please book as far in advance as you can to prioritize your slot. Appts made less than 24hr- if you reach out directly for same day apt or after hours, there will now be a fee added to your service & it MUST be booked at least 3 hours in advance!
COVID-19 procedures:
Hand sanitizer and/or temperature checks may be provided upon arrival. If you are experiencing any symptoms of cough, chills, runny nose and/or fever please stay home until there are no symptoms and reschedule after a confirmed negative Covid test. Under MD governor’s rule masks are no longer required. Please note that stylist will practice regular sanitation and temperature readings even if facial coverings may not be worn. Health and safety of all clients and staff is a top priority.
By booking I agree with this statement, "I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 and that such exposure or infection may incur. I hereby waive any liability from any and all claims arising from or in connection with any direct COVID-19 or otherwise impact while visiting."
